How do I get started with your services?

Call or email us and we'll walk you through it. We're happy to give you a tour of our facility.

Are there other requirements for using the facility?

You'll need a Food Manager's Certificate (get it here): http://fortworthtexas.gov/health/food-handler-training/


Managers of food facilities in Fort Worth are required to have a valid Fort Worth Food Manager’s Card. To get the card, you must:

  • Earn your food manager’s certification from the State of Texas (valid for five years)
  • Bring your state certificate and $15 to Consumer Health, 818 Missouri Ave.

The card is valid until the expiration date of the State Certification.
